Refund & Subscription Policy

Subscription terms

• Plan: Sunday Bible Readings Premium, billed monthly at €3.99.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime in Account → Subscription. You keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period; no further charges are made.
• Receipts: Each charge generates a receipt from Stripe sent to your billing email.

EU / UK statutory withdrawal right

Consumers in the EU/UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, under the Consumer Rights Directive. By starting to use Premium features during this period, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the digital service has been fully provided. Where the right of withdrawal still applies, you may withdraw by emailing hello@sundaybiblereadings.com within 14 days of purchase; we will refund the most recent charge to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

Discretionary refunds

Outside the statutory window, refunds are at our discretion. We will normally refund:

• Duplicate charges.
• Charges made after a verified cancellation.
• The most recent billing period if you have not used Premium features.

We do not refund partial months or prior billing periods that were used.

How to request

Email hello@sundaybiblereadings.com with the email address on your account and the date of the charge. Typical processing time is 5–10 business days; the refund appears on your statement according to your bank's timeline.

Account deletion

Deleting your account in Account → Danger Zone also cancels any active Stripe subscription. Past charges are not automatically refunded; request a refund separately if applicable.
