Our mission

Sunday Bible Readings exists to make the Word of God beautifully readable for every Christian tradition. For too long, online Bibles have felt either commercial or dated. We believe scripture deserves a craftsman's care.

We present three canons — Catholic, Protestant, and Eastern Orthodox — each with its complete, historic book list. The Catholic and Orthodox canons include the Deuterocanonical writings (Tobit, Judith, Wisdom, Sirach, Maccabees, and more); the Orthodox extends further with 1 Esdras, 3 Maccabees, the Prayer of Manasseh, and Psalm 151.
